Special Angels is an ethical agency that works with families throughout the U.S. and can provide resource and other information to you regarding parenting a child with special needs as well as information    regarding adoption. We used this agency to adopt our daughter and loved how they truly worked with expectant families whether they decided to place their child for adoption, or needed help navigating resources if they decided to parent.
